At Aqua Pearl, we strive to provide high-quality freshwater pearls. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customized, made-to-order, or sale items are not eligible for return.
Refund
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
